Tree of Life
The Egyptian, Islamic, and Kabbalistic Tree of Life
concepts originated from this ancient symbol. On
the Eastern side of Eden with the Tree of Knowledge
of good and evil, the Tree of Life was a magical tree
planted by God that grew in the center of paradise. It
was described to be more than twelve thousand miles
high and approximately fifty thousand miles in diameter
using exaggeration to shatter the boundaries of our minds.
This enormous size suggested that the Tree of Life is
all-inclusive, sheltering under its branches every living
thing, plant or animal. It has also been said that when
the branches of the Tree of Life are illuminated, every
polar opposite prepares to unite into one force.
